Narrative Game #4 - Team Project Management

Throughout our project, it is important to stay organised. While this is naturally easy in our small team of three through the use of our MS Teams group, I felt it was appropiate to make our Trello board like I have with other projects.

Trello provides our team with a way to quickly access the latest information on our project, which is more powerful than simply scrolling through posts and replies on MS Teams. A feature I like to use is the checklist features on the cards, which helps everybody to be clearly aware of when they are progressing through a task, plus is gives satisfaction to tick things off a list! I feel that a clear sense of progression contributes to morale.

This is an example of a more detailed task card I have written (not all are as detailed). For certain tasks it helps to provide guidance so that your team mate understands what needs to be done, rather than spending a lot of time guessing what is right or wrong. This is to help increase the productivity of my team mates, and to make sure specific requirements are understood and met.

And, of course, it comes with a nice checklist, where they have checked some of the requirements off so far.
